Process to enhancing Healthy Emotions.

Focus on these positive emotions and make a conscious decision to have them replace negative feelings that may have been holding you back from what you want out of your life.
To do this exercise, find a quiet, comfortable place, and sit or lay with a comfortable position. Before starting take time to breathe deeply for several moments. Keep a notebook and pen nearby to write down insights that you may receive in your process.
Enhancing Happiness.
Say: “ Divine healing intelligence, please shine your yellow ray of happiness into every aspect of my being, energising, brightening, and revitalising me. Awaken laughter, joy and fun in my life. Bring back my optimism, inner strength, and please. Sweep through every cell in my body, awakening, enlightening, and renewing it. Thank you.”
Repeat the word “CLEAR” several times until you feel lighter.
Happiness is a choice. Make a decision to welcome happiness, joy and laughter into your life. Ask yourself, “what am i happy about now?” Focus on Joy, laughter and fun. Many people that are caught up in life’s problems stop nurturing themselves, and having fun. Happiness keeps us healthy, energised and enthusiastic. So start planning fun things to do, notice every moment that gives you pleasure, even if you are stuck in traffic or waiting in a line at the store.
